mobility: shoulders, hips, quads

3 rounds:

10 medball squats

10 scap pull ups

2 50m shuttle run


Handstand Walk (spend 10 mins working on HS walk or progressions)

0-5 min: 1000m run

5-10 min: 100 wall balls(20/14)

10-15 min: 50 pull ups
*Total time is accumulated time to complete each component, rest remainder of 5 min for each.
